  • Designed, operated, and maintained ISP backbone and access networks across multi-vendor environments, including Juniper, MikroTik, Huawei, Cisco, and ZTE.
  • Managed BGP, OSPF, MPLS/LDP, VPLS/VPWS, VLAN, and Layer 2/Layer 3 services for backbone, upstream, peering, and customer connectivity.
  • Executed a major backbone migration from Huawei to Juniper infrastructure, supporting approximately 200 Gbps capacity and 100+ customer services while minimizing service disruption.
  • Managed BGP connectivity with upstream providers, CDN platforms, and Internet Exchange Points (IX/IIX), including route policy, prefix filtering, traffic optimization, and redundancy.
